Document Archivation

• Archivation: 1 rm (running meter) / 1 day = base price of CZK 0.70 (price is calculated based on length in running meters
• Document disposal: 1 rm = CZK 200
• Sorting and storage-related work: 1 hour = CZK 180
• Active document services:
  • Faxing a document = CZK 5 per page
  • Copying a document = CZK 3 per page
  • Delivery of searched documents = price depends on the number of searches and the place of delivery

Note: One running meter corresponds to ten binders on average.
